Sunrise Yoga Brunch @ Gara Rock - Sunday 25th August

What to expect...

Give your body a mini cleanse upon arrival with a cup of hot detox tea then find your spot. Once everyone is settled, you'll begin an hour's Yoga session with Ina who has developed an integrated approach combining yoga and physiotherapy. Ina will safely guide you through posture, breath coordinated movement and relaxation to increase vital energy. Her classes help to maintain a healthy body and mind, find better sleep and a calmer more peaceful life especially in the beautiful setting of Gara Rock.

Breakfast is served at 10.15am and consists of local, seasonal produce that has been carefully put together by head chef Lewis alongside Cathryn. Produce grown in the on-site kitchen garden will be used where possible. Please ask for more information.

Yoga will take place outside, in front of the ocean if we’re lucky enough to have sunny, warm weather. If not, there are two magical inside locations available for us to use.

Mats and all equipment will be provided but you'll need to bring a warm pair of socks and a jumper for a short ending meditation.

The hotel has ample parking and toilet facilities.
