Sunrise Yoga Brunch @ Gara Rock - Sunday 11th August

Come and enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of Gara Rock where they ask you to do one thing; make yourself at home!

What to expect...

Give your body a mini cleanse upon arrival with a cup of hot detox tea then find your spot. Once everyone is settled, you'll begin an hour's Yoga session with Abi Jones who creates classes to energise, improve balance, enhance flexibility and build strength. These sessions combine traditional Ashtanga Yoga with Lyengar methods of originating postures from the spine. Nurture alongside nature and allow your inner child ('s pose) to come out and play!

Breakfast is served at 10.15am and consists of local, seasonal produce that has been carefully put together by head chef Lewis alongside Cathryn. Produce grown in the on-site kitchen garden will be used where possible. Please ask for more information.

Yoga will take place outside, in front of the ocean if we’re lucky enough to have sunny, warm weather. If not, there are two magical inside locations available for us to use.

Mats and all equipment will be provided but you'll need to bring a warm pair of socks and a jumper for a short ending meditation.

The hotel has ample parking and toilet facilities.
